Explanation of Check Boxes

	YES (Check)	NO
Box 1	User name and contact information will be listed in the directory	User contact information will not be listed in the directory
Box 2	User wants to gain access to the directory.	User does not want to gain access to the directory.
Box 3	User agrees to the terms of service and will be provided access to the directory	User DOES NOT agree with terms of service and thus user will not be provided access to the directory

If you check Box 1, then you are agreeing to have your name and contact information listed in the mobile school directory
If you do not check Box 1, your contact information will not be listed in the directory, but your name and the names of your family members will be listed.
To gain access to the directory, both Box # 2 and 3 will need to be checked.
You can choose to share or not share your contact information in the directory through the “Edit Profile page in your account (shown below).

In addition, a parent can also remove the names of the children from the directory through the 'Edit Profile' page.
