Consumer Facing Technology Sales

MobileArq is looking for sales associates for a mobile app and platform that is changing communications among parents, club members, and small businesses. Tens of thousands of parents are already using our app successfully across 11 states in the US.

We are seeking an energetic, highly motivated sales person who is interested in playing a key role growing this early stage tech company.   This is a fantastic ground level growth opportunity for a person enthusiastic about sales, marketing and technology.

Responsibilities

• Generate a sales pipeline of qualified leads and conduct initial outreach
• Assist in creating and implementing marketing campaigns relevant to your sales activity
• Initiative and build relationships with target customers including schools, pre-schools, clubs, and small businesses. Maintain relationships with local school administrators/ PTAs/PTOs/HSAs by providing support, information, and consultative guidance.

• Maintaining a strong work ethic with a total commitment to growing an early stage company
• Promote MobileArq, host webinars and make sales presentations to qualified prospects online, over the phone and occasionally in person.
• Maintain a strong self-directed work ethic and entrepreneurial approach
• Understand the dynamics of a growing early stage tech company

Qualifications

• Ability to build mutually beneficial relationships that lead to top line growth
• Ability to influence others and negotiate effectively
• Self-starter able to work autonomously and remotely
• Energized by the opportunity to grow an early stage technology company
• High energy level, confident, resourceful and optimistic demeanor
• Highly effective communication skills – oral, written and group
• Previous startup, education industry, online marketing or consultative SaaS sales experience is a plus
• Passion for making a difference in the community

Requirements

• 4 Year College degree
• 2 or more years sales or marketing experience
• Proficient with today’s technology including Social Media and Power Point, Excel and Word
