User feedback is extremely important in helping to make MobileArq a very useful and valuable communication tool for K-12 school parents. Towards the end of 2014, a simple multiple-choice survey was sent to over 2,000 users of MobileArq School Directory. From the user feedback, we learned what resonated with the parents and what did not. Summary of the results are highlighted below:

Investigation of this issue revealed that a number of parents are unaware of the ‘Global Search’ feature in the MobileArq School Directory, located on the home page, above the five tabs. Typing your query in the search box will yield a list of results that match the query, by each category, e.g., students, parents, teachers and calendar events.
MobileArq has provided an Online School Directory App on the App Stores since September 2014. Downloading the MobileArq App on your phone will make the setup and login process much easier for anyone. Those who are unable to login should always contact mobilarq@support.com or their directory chair for help.
MobileArq will also provide users with a ‘Remember Me’ feature to help the users save the login and password on their phones.
