Find a family easily in your school!

As a parent, we meet other parents briefly at school events, class events, soccer, baseball and sports games and other extra-curricular activities. However,¬†connecting with them again, especially if you met them once only, is very difficult. You might remember a name vaguely although you recognize their face from previous encounters at the school. It takes a village to raise a child so the better you bond with families in your school or team, the easier it is to get playdates, arrange carpools and be a part of the community. Whether it is to prepare a dinner on a PTA Meeting night or get her kids a ride back from the soccer game while she is at her PTA meeting, the PTA Mom plans ahead. Many a time she has taken on too man volunteering duties – baking for the PTA bake sale, helping out at the book fair and in the library, being in charge of […]

So it is essential for us to understand the implications of the HeartBleed Bug for us as an internet user. In this article, we explain the HeartBleed bug in a layman’s language and its impact upon the regular user. When you submit any information on the internet, whether it is a keyword or phrase that you are searching on Google or a username for logging into a secure website, your query is converted into a coded message or encrypted to insure its security from an ‘eavesdropper’. The security flaw termed as the […]

Are you a parent in a K-12 school?  Then you need a mobile school directory!   Whether it is to check the early dismissal time or the phone number of your child’s class teacher. Here are the top five reasons you need a mobile school directory! 1. You always misplace your paper school directory! Do you ever search for your school directory right at home? Wow, mistakes do happen! Have you been in a school directory you shouldn’t have been? But how are […]
